1. We only accept fully vaccinated cats with an up to date certificate which must be produced on arrival.  We will not accept a cat that we consider to be showing any signs of ill-health.

2. If any cat shows any signs of illness while staying with us it will be immediately referred to a vet (if possible  the customers own vet will be used but if this is not practical then the cat will be taken to Park Veterinary Group or Cardiff Cat Clinic)  The owner will be liable for all veterinary fees.

3. A non-refundable deposit of £30 per cat per week or part week must be paid at the time of booking. Any cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged in full.

4. The balance of fees must be paid in full on arrival.

5. Cats are charged in full for the day they arrive and the day they depart. If your holiday is cut short and you collect your cat early you will still be charged for the time you have booked as we will have reserved the space for you and have turned other customers away. 

6. Unless we have been contacted, any cats remaining here for more than 7 days after they were due to go home will be presumed abandoned and will be re-homed or referred to animal welfare organisations.

7. Owners must pick up and drop off cats in a secure pet carrier.  The cat will only become our responsibility after it has been placed in the cattery unit.

 8. Arrival and collection times are by appointment in the morning between 9.30 and Midday or in the afternoon between 5 and 7pm. Customers must pre-arrange arrival and collection times in advance and inform us of any changes to these times. WE NO LONGER OPEN ON SUNDAYS FOR PICK UP AND DROP OFF.

9. Customers cannot pick-up or drop-off cats on the 24th, 25th or 26th December or on any bank holidays (including New Years Eve, January 1st, Good Friday and Easter Sunday).

10. There are minimum charges depending on the time of year: Christmas and New Year-  £105.00

Easter - £75.00.

School Summer Holidays if booking does not involve a weekend- £75.00.

School Summer Holidays if booking involves a weekend- £105.00.

All other times of the year - £45.00.
